Costco Scanners + Membership Increase 🪪 💸

Next time you’re off to Costco, don’t forget your membership card—or prepare for some awkward small talk at the door. Costco is cracking down on non-member shenanigans by rolling out scanners at entrances. The new scanners are already implemented at the Sierra College Blvd location. With membership fees raking in the big bucks, Costco isn’t messing around. Prices are going up too, so get ready to pay a little extra.

Toast lovers, rejoice! A breakfast franchise is about to make your mornings toastier in Rocklin. Washington, D.C.-based Toastique is bringing its gourmet toast and juice bar to a cozy 1,600-square-foot space near Rumble Boxing. Opening the location is Sarah Conrad, she’s on a mission to fill Rocklin’s grab-and-go healthy food gap with Toastique’s signature Avocado Smash, a flavor-packed toast topped with avocado, watermelon radish, and microgreens.
