Roseville Skilled Nursing Project 🏥 

Hold onto your hard hats, Roseville—a brand new skilled nursing facility is on the way! New Faze Development has submitted plans for a 46-bed facility at the corner of Pleasant Grove Blvd and Roseville Parkway, near the Galleria. Sacramento's own Allen Warren, former City Council member, is behind the project, which is expected to cost a cool $19.5 million. ARCO Construction is handling the heavy lifting, with the facility planned for a 42,445-square-foot site on Gibson Drive. Advanced Health Care is expected to run the show, offering short-term rehab for patients fresh out of the hospital. ($)
