This 1,800-square-foot space will be the ultimate spot to flex those muscles in 100-degree heat—yes, it’s hot yoga with a side of sweat and maybe some tears! The Canadian chain is bringing its blend of yoga and fitness fusion classes to Rocklin, and they’re heating things up with far infrared technology—think detoxification, weight loss, and skin purification, all while you’re sweating buckets. They’re also adding a cold plunge room because who doesn’t love a chilly dip after a hot workout? Opening January 2025, they’re kicking off with a week of free classes, so you can try before you buy. Belly is excited to announce its long-awaited Soft Opening this weekend!
