Roseville Upgrading Radio Tower 📻️ 

Roseville is upgrading its radio game with a snazzy new tower on Strauch Drive, because 1.5 million transmissions a year deserve more than a cramped office. After evaluating several sites, the city picked the best spot for top-notch coverage and future-proof power. The new tower will replace the outdated Douglas facility, preserving green space while keeping it compliant with all the rules. With $1.5 million in the budget, this 180-foot beacon of connectivity will rise by Fall 2025, ensuring Roseville stays on the airwaves and ahead of the curve!

🍻 Post Office Out, Pizza & Brewery In 🍕

The old downtown Roseville post office is ditching mail for ales and slices! Instead of demolition, it’s getting a flavorful transformation into Old Town Pizza’s new spot with a rooftop deck and brewery. Chris Lemmon of Newmark helped the restaurant’s owners snag the historic 19,485-square-foot space for a pizza-and-beer paradise, replacing past plans of a hotel and condo. The building, once a post office and nearly replaced by a modern mess, will now serve as the perfect blend of history and hops. So, say goodbye to boring buildings and hello to pizza parties and craft brews in the heart of Roseville! ($)

New Loomis Neighborhood on the Horizon? 🌳 

Loomis is about to get a makeover with Delmar Farms, a 98-acre, 24-lot subdivision. Picture custom homes, some fancy enough to need a homeowners’ association, and a lot of new neighbors—around 84, if math is on their side. Mike Fournier and Mima Capital LLC are bringing a mix of residential-agricultural and estate lots to the area, with entrances planned like a well-placed game of Tetris. Expect a mix of hawks, coyotes, and a lot of new “delighted” residents. The project’s as green as the oaks on site and is set to bloom in phases, pending approval and a thumbs-up from utility companies and other key stakeholders.
